SECURE ORDER PROCEDURE
How do I order?
Peruse our extensive range, which includes pictures and product descriptions. Once you have made your selection, add the item(s) to the cart and follow the prompts to complete the sale.

We are available to assist should you have any queries, or would like some advice in your selection. Drop us an email at info@boudoirboutique.co.za or call the store during opening hours (+2711 447 7678) and one of our friendly and well-informed staff will guide you in making the best choice for your needs.
This can be especially helpful when purchasing a gift. Remember we also provide a Voucher service.

Once your order has been received a confirmation email will be sent to you.

What if the item I desire is out of stock?
As an elite brand, we do not keep bulk orders of items, especially lingerie. Our products are sourced and created as limited editions, maintaining our ethos of exclusivity. Once we have received your order, we will immediately check for stock availability. If all items are available, your purchase will be discreetly packaged and couriered to you. Should the scenario arise where an item is not immediately obtainable we will contact you with suggestions of similar items which could replace your selection, or an estimated lead-time of when your desired product will be sent.

How is payment effected? Is it secure?
Payments may be made via EFT (our banking details will appear on the confirmation order email you receive), and your product will be packaged for delivery once proof of payment has been received by us.

You may also pay by credit card through our secure online payment platform, PayFast.
We assure you that either of these methods is extremely secure, and all orders are treated with strict confidentiality.

DISCREET AND EFFICIENT SHIPMENT

When can I expect my package?
We use Speed Services couriers (a subsidiary of The South African Post Office). Provided an order and payment is received by Boudoir Boutique before 2pm, Monday to Thursday, you can expect overnight delivery to major cities centres, and for outlying areas, 2 – 3 days lead-time.
You may choose to have same day delivery to major city centres at an additional charge (relevant to your parcel) and, in this instance, orders must be received by 9 am at Boudoir Boutique. If this is not viable, we will contact you with an alternative delivery day.
The moment your package is collected by the courier company and en-route to you, you will be sent a tracking number. Call their customer care line on 0860 023 133.

We reserve the right to use another courier company at our discretion, in order to effect your delivery timeously.

Where will my package be delivered?
You may nominate a delivery address for day-time door-to-door deliveries, whether it is at home or at the office. Please ensure then that a person is available to receive the package from 8am – 4pm during that day. And before you gasp and say, “but I don’t want anyone to see what I’ve bought!,’ our packaging is completely discreet and nondescript.
There is no Boudoir Boutique branding.

If you would prefer, the package can also be delivered to any PO Box address, for collection at your convenience.

Delivery charges?
For any order totalling over R790 delivery is FREE to major city centres within South Africa. For outlying areas, a small additional surcharge will apply, the details of which will be sent you in the confirmation email once we have received your order. For international deliveries, we will provide you with a delivery charge specific to your required destination
which will be reflected on your order confirmation email.

OUR RETURN’S POLICY

My toy is faulty. What now?
Most of our adult toys are covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Proof of purchase (a sales receipt will be sent in your package) and the original packaging must be retained for a period of one year. If during this time your toy starts acting up, send us an email at info@boudoirboutique.co.za explaining the issue, and send us the toy, with original packaging and proof of purchase, as well as the charger (if applicable) and we will assess your concerns. If deemed that the fault is covered by the warranty, a brand new toy (if available at the time) of same make and model will be sent to you. Note that the courier charge for the replacement item will apply.

Please note that any other items from our range that are not covered by warranty cannot be returned, unless under extenuating circumstances. Our product range falls under the Consumer Protection Act Section 20.3a, which states, “for reasons of public health or otherwise, a public regulation prohibits the return of these goods to the supplier once they have been supplied, or at the discretion of the consumer.”
This specifically relates to adult toys and lingerie.

Send us an email to info@boudoirboutique.co.za explaining your concern/s and we will endeavour to assist where we are able.

My parcel was damaged either prior or during shipping. What now?

If the toy is NOT covered by warranty, or falls into any of our other product categories (intimate enhancers, lingerie, etc.) but was damaged during shipping, please follow the same procedure: send us an email to info@boudoirboutique.co.za explaining the issue, and send us the toy, or specific item with original packaging and proof of purchase, as well as the charger (if applicable) and we will assess your concerns.
Please note that in these cases we will only assess complaints 7 days after receipt of package. If we ascertain that the complaint is valid, and no tampering of the product is evident, we will replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you.
You may choose to add insurance onto your parcel. This amounts to 1 percent of the total cost and is covered by Speed Services Couriers should any issue arise, and is an affordable and viable route.

I received what I originally ordered, but have decided it is not exactly what I want. What now?
If the product is still in the original packaging, sealed and unopened, you are welcome to return the product for a CREDIT VOUCHER of the same value. Note that this does not apply to Vibrators due to the intimate nature of these products.
